The largest hotel brand in the world, Marriott International is launching a creative and enticing digital marketing strategy, by using augmented reality immersive experiences for guests at their Moxy Hotel properties in Asia and around the world.
Hotel visitors can use their mobile devices to access the Moxy Universe Augmented Reality Experiences, and create their own avatar using a variety of hairstyles, accessories, and clothes before checking in at any Moxy hotel. After that, guests can scan a QR code inside the hotel’s renowned Bar Moxy to immediately join the Moxy Universe. They can complete at least five challenges there to obtain fantastic prizes in the hotel’s rooms and public areas. Visitors can then take images and films that blend the actual hotel setting with computer-generated graphic overlays.
